Of the International Folk Festival – Montana 2019, in the frame of the celebration of the Day of Montana – Saint Spirit’ Day 2019

7-12 am Arrival of the groups
Accommodation in a hotel
5,30 pm Participation of the groups from Romania and Hungary in the International Folk Festival „Colorful necklace” in a spa resort Varshets (35 km far away from Montana) – 30 min. performance (march in procession and 15 min + 15 min performances)
June 16, 2019 (Sunday)
10,30 am Participation of the groups from Greece, Netherlands, Poland and Ukraine in the IFF in Varshets (35 km far away from Montana) – 30 min. performance (march in procession and 15 min + 15 min performances)
10.00 am Opening ceremony of the Alley of Arts and Crafts and the festival of traditional local crafts and cuisine "Thyme", organized by the Association "Bulgarian Northwest", Sq. "Zheravitsa"
11.30 am Outdoor Equestrian Tournament
Course of the dam. "Augusta"
11.30 am International Dog Show "Holy Spirit"
"Montanensium" Park
3.00 pm Working meeting of art managers, orchestra’s leaders, guides, sound engineer and organizers for specifying the details of the program of the festival. Every group brings on USB or CD its national anthem and musical accompaniment of dances.
Conference Hall of the Municipal Youth Home
3.30 pm Sound check for orchestras and short rehearsal for groups at the stage. Every group brings on USB or CD its national anthem and musical accompaniment of dances.
5.00 pm Reception by the Mayor of Municipality of Montana - for all of members of the groups. Required – all of group members to be dressed with national costumes.

7,30 pm Opening ceremony of the 14th International Folklore Festival - Montana '2019 with participation of groups from all of groups. (Every group must bring its national flag and nameplate.)

After the breakfast – visit of the Ancient fortress, Lapidarium, Orthodox Church, Art Gallery, Local museum for another 2 groups – from Greece and Hungary – optional
7.00 pm Folk concert of Folk dance ensemble "Pastrina" (Montana) and Folk ensemble “Amfiohia” from Greece and Kecskemet Folk Dance Ensemble - Hungary
8,30 pm Concert of Wind orchestra “Diko Iliev” and Ruslan Mainov, devoted to 90 years of the
establishment of the orchestra

7.30 pm Participation of the group from Poland in the village of Studeno Buche

Deaparture of the group from Greece (after breakfast)
8,30 am Guided tour in the region for the group from Hungary.

7.00 pm Folk concert dance group "Sitnitsa" - Montana and Ensemble for folk songs and dances “Dąbrowica ” – Poland
7.45 pm Folk concert of dance ensemble "Severnyatsi" - Montana and ensemble “Druzhba” – Ukraine
7.45 pm Folk concert of dance ensemble "Mladost" – Montana, and ensemble “Padureanka” – Romania and Dance Group “Ons Boeregoed” - Netherlands
